Service Tracks

We are experienced in improving running of locomotives (essential when you exhibit as we do). We can carry out repairs and tuning on a wide range of locos, subject to spares being available; we will attempt almost anything but miracles we cannot do - yet!

We offer a supply and install service for a range of quality NMRA compliant decoders to meet the needs of locomotives and rolling stock of all types and scales; if you have a preference please state or we can advise. We also install customer supplied decoders (where suitable).
We can offer advice on suitable systems and supply your DCC needs including decoders for customer installation from our extensive range. 

Have your headlight/tail light bulbs changed for LEDs, they are brighter, use less power and 'come on' at a lower voltage often before the loco moves (with DCC of course they can be on all of the time).

Fitting DCC Decoder
	Almost every type of loco is different, as a guide the cost of fitting and testing (including setting up to your requirements if requested) would be from £15.00 per loco excluding the price of the decoder.

Fitting of LEDs
	Many older HO and some OO locos have bulbs for their headlights. These are are voltage sensitive and are often hardly visible even on DCC (with DC they are often not visible unless full power is applied).  We can change most of these for low power bright white light LEDs.

Loco Repairs
	We are experienced in improving running of locomotives (essential when you exhibit as we do). We can carry out repairs and tuning on a wide range of locos, subject to spares being available. There is no charge for initial inspection but all postal costs are to the customer's account. We will quote cost for repair following inspection.

	Up to 2 items (not sets) posted first class.	P&P: £2.00 Total: £2.00

N gauge Rolling Stock - 2
	Postage by Special Delivery (next day by 1pm UK mainland) of up to 6 individual cars or up to 2 sets of cars.	P&P: £6.00 Total: £6.00

HO Locos - 1
	Postage of HO locomotive by First class post - proof of posting, uninsured (at buyers risk) - £3.50 except where specified in the locomotive listing.	P&P: £3.50 Total: £3.50

HO locos - 2
	Up to 2 HO locomotive(s) by Special Delivery (next day before 1pm mainland UK) includes insurance up to £500. Certain locomotives excluded see individual listing.	P&P: £8.00 Total: £8.00

HO Rolling Stock 1
	Postage to mainland UK first class with proof of posting - no insurance - for one item (not sets) of HO rolling stock (not locomotives)	P&P: £1.75 Total: £1.75

Collection of Goods
	Goods may be collected by prior arrangement at: Our retail Store in Hayle, Cornwall or our office, at an exhibition - see exhibition diary. To ensure items are in stock - we sell them all the time! - it may be wise to e-mail us - accounts@teamtracktrading.co.uk - to make sure that the items are reserved for you. We will reply - usually within 24 hrs - and advise what is in stock, how long delivery of out of stock items will be and arrange a suitable collection point. You then place your order, make payment and we confirm arrangements for the collection. In the event there are any problems and delivery cannot be made as arranged, we will pay the postage necessary to complete the transaction.
