Terms of trading

Loco Repairs/Tuning, Decoder Installations
Postage of items to us for repair, tuning or decoder installation is at the customer's own risk and cost. On receipt we will make an assessment of the requirement and give a quotation, which will include return postage cost. If our quotation is accepted we will carry out the work expeditiously, if not accepted we will return the item to the customer on receipt of postage cost. 
We guarantee our work for 6 months.

Sale of Goods
We will quote shipping costs for any quantity to any place on request. 
Returns/Refund Policy
Items must be returned undamaged and re-saleable within seven days for full refund excluding shipping costs 

All items must be paid for in full before shipping. We accept Paypal (any Paypal accepted currency) or cheque/postal order/money order in UK pounds Sterling on a UK Bank (only). No foreign currency cash or cheques please. Cash accepted at customer's risk.
